

Dr. Fantuzzo joins our practice from The University of Rochester Medical Center, where he served as Assistant Professor and Residency Program Director of the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Division.
Dr. Fantuzzo completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Rochester. He then earned his D.D.S. and M.D. degrees at the State University of New York at Buffalo Dental and Medical Schools respectively. Dr. Fantuzzo also completed his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Buffalo. This included a one year General Surgery Internship and extensive training in Adult and Pediatric General Anesthesia. He subsequently served as a Pediatric Craniofacial Surgery Fellow at The Posnick Center for Facial Plastic Surgery and Georgetown University Hospital.
Dr. Fantuzzo’s special interests include dentoalveolar (removal of wisdom teeth) surgery, dental implant surgery, orthognathic surgery and pathology.
Dr. Fantuzzo is a member of the following professional organizations:
American Dental Association, American Medical Association, American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, Academy of Osseointegration, International Congress of Implantologists, Massachusetts Dental Society, Cape Cod District Dental Society, and Massachusetts Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Fantuzzo is a fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
