• Joseph Andrew ("Drew") Dr. Vogt did his undergraduate training in chemistry at the College of the Holy Cross, graduating in 1972. Following a three-year tour as an Engineering Officer in the U.S. Navy, Dr. Vogt obtained his dental degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo College of Dentistry in 1979.
      Dr. Vogt rejoined the U.S. Navy, working as a general dentist until 1985. He completed a one-year fellowship in Exodontics at the Naval Dental Center, Norfolk. In 1998 he began his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, finishing in 1992. From 1992-1994 he served as the Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon (OMS) and Dental Department head aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69).
      Dr. Vogt completed his naval career as a Captain in 1998 at the Groton Naval Hospital where he was both OMS and Director of Surgical Services.
      Dr. Vogt is board certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Massachusetts Dental Society and the Cape Cod District Dental Society.
